(c) The Grantees shall not sell, assign, mortgage, chargo, domice, underlot, part with the possession or otherwise dispose of or encumber the lot or any part thereof or any buildings thereon without the consent of the Governor in Council.

(a) During the term of lease of the area coloured blue on plan

the Grantees shall have the option of converting auch areas an Government may approve into building lɔta for a term of 75 years for the purpose of erecting buildings in connection with the school on the area shown coloured red ɔn plan, any arean no converted chall be subject to the game terms and conditione ag those appertaining to the area ghown coloured red on plan. In the event of any areas being so converted the Grantees shall expond on came within such periɔd ar Govomment may approve auch suma ag Government may determine in rateablo improvements.
